Dr. Boix obtained his PhD in Biotechnology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, School of Engineering. He joined Dr. Ángel Raya’s group (IDIBELL, Spain), a leader in pluripotent stem cell technology and regenerative medicine, as a postdoctoral researcher on cell culture scale up and bioprocess operations. In this role, he deepened his expertise in iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes and regenerative medicine.
